CAD Files, Drawing Turnaround & Compliance Questions
Which CAD formats do you provide for steel furniture drawings?
We release every catalog model in DWG (editable AutoCAD 2D blocks), DXF (CNC/laser-ready profiles), STEP (full 3D solid models for SolidWorks, Inventor or Fusion 360) and PDF dimensional spec sheets. On request we also export IFC/Revit-compatible BIM families for architectural coordination and clash detection.
How fast can I receive 2D drawings or 3D models before a tender deadline?
Standard catalog files are returned within 24 working hours of your request. Custom floor-plan space planning, 3D realistic rendering and tender drawings with project-specific dimensions typically take 24-48 hours. Urgent tender submissions can be fast-tracked by our engineering team, so state your bid deadline in the inquiry form.
Can you manufacture to my own drawing tolerances and non-standard sizes?
Yes. Send your DWG or dimensioned sketch and our engineering team will confirm sheet-metal tolerances, bend radii and hole positions before tooling. Custom heights, widths, door counts, lock types and RAL powder-coat colours are all supported on OEM/ODM orders, with a pre-production sample or 3D render approved before mass production.
Do your steel furniture drawings comply with international standards?
Our drawings and products are produced under ISO 9001:2015 quality management, with CE documentation, EN 14073 / EN 14074 office storage references, ANSI/BIFMA X5.9 storage testing and ISTA 3A drop-tested export packaging. Test reports and material certificates (SPCC cold-rolled steel, powder-coat thickness) can be issued with the tender package.
